Premium FeaturePremium features are currently in development. You'll be able to upgrade from your account settings once premium launches. Premium features include PDF exports, custom colors, advanced reports, and more.
Free accounts can add up to 35 students. If you need to manage more students, you'll need to upgrade to Premium once it becomes available.
Yes! PDF export for plans and records will be available as a Premium feature. You can also request a full data export from your account settings at any time (available to all users).
From the Roster page, click on the student's card, then select the three-dot menu and choose "Delete". Student data is permanently deleted to comply with privacy regulations. Consider exporting records before deleting if you need them for future reference.
Yes! Each student is tracked individually with their own record. There's no special "sibling" linking, but you can use the notes field to indicate family relationships if needed.

Yes! All planning modes support drag-and-drop reordering. Just grab the drag handle (six dots) on the left side of each lesson row and move it to your desired position.
Yes. Montessori Notes is FERPA and COPPA compliant, with end-to-end encryption and strict user data isolation. We never share or sell your data. View our Privacy Policy and Compliance Certifications for details.
All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless you request immediate deletion. We recommend exporting any records you want to keep before closing your account.
Montessori Notes works best on modern browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions). We also support mobile browsers on iOS and Android devices.
